Important Announcement:

Adelaide Hills Deliveries Cancelled

We regret to inform our valued community that, effective immediately, Heart & Soul Group will no longer be able to provide deliveries to the Adelaide Hills. This decision was not made lightly, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to continue servicing the area at this time.

However, our pickup option from our Wingfield warehouse remains available for those who can collect their orders.

We are dedicated to assisting individuals facing food insecurity by providing a complimentary online service that delivers essential food packages, inclusive of fruits, vegetables, and bakery items.

While the food itself is offered at no cost, there is a nominal $20 processing fee associated with each order.

 

Noteworthy details include:

  1. Order Limitations: Only one free food package is permitted per order.

  2. Pick-Up Option: Customers have the option to pick up their food packages at the Wingfield Warehouse; however, this requires a scheduled appointment. Notification regarding the pick-up schedule will be communicated via text message.

 

Important considerations:

  • Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for either the delivery of free food packages or changes of mind.

  • Delivery Address: Once a delivery is en route, alterations to the delivery address are not feasible. If the recipient is not present at the specified address, the package will be left in a secure location.

  • Dietary Restrictions: The organization is unable to accommodate specific dietary requirements.

 

Delivery schedules are categorized as follows:

  1. Northern Suburbs: Every Tuesday from Wingfield to Gawler. Orders must be placed by 10am on Monday.

  2. Western Adelaide Suburbs: Every Friday from North Haven beach to the Southern Foothills,to South Road. Orders must be placed by 10am on Thursday.

  3. Southern Suburbs: Every Wednesday from Southern Foothills to Aldinga Beach. Orders must be placed by 10am on Tuesday.

  4. Eastern Suburbs, South Rd to Adelaide Foothills Every Thursday. Orders must be placed by 10am on Wednesday.

Kindly note the following:

  1. Pick-up orders are exclusively facilitated at our WINGFIELD warehouse and must be scheduled through an appointment. You will receive a notification via text when your order is prepared for collection.

  2. Pick-up orders are not accommodated at our Colonnades Store.

  3. Refunds are not applicable to the delivery of Free Hampers.

  4. Refunds will not be granted for changes of mind.

  5. Each order is eligible for the delivery of only ONE Free Food Hamper, regardless of the quantity ordered.

  6. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.

  7. All hampers are curated with standard items, and unfortunately, we cannot tailor them to individual preferences.

  8. When placing orders for hampers, especially if you have specific dietary requirements, we recommend thoughtful consideration.
